Dean Evans writes and directs Deanis. He performs with iO, Second City, and as a solo artist. He has previously performed with The Goodman, Redmoon, 500 Clown, Cirque Du Soliel and many more. He has been featured at such festivals as the NYCFringe, Jangleheart Circus, Sketchfest Chicago and Out Of Bounds Festival (Austin) He is featured in The Onion's Fantasy Football Web-series Tough Season: Season 1 & 2. Asher

Asher White performs and creates video art for Deanis. He will probably give you something burnt if you ask the right questions. He always carries Altoids. He composes & produces experimental music under the alias Trisha Hewe Saile, and runs Trash House magazine, a quarterly avant-garde art zine. Steph Cook

Steph Cook writes and performs in Deanis. She's a comedian and writer in Brooklyn NY. Aside from creating and running Kill All Comedy, she writes/performs sketch with Mike Klasek as the Hazes. Steph previously performed with the award winning team The Late 90s at iO and at the Upstairs Gallery with dead$$$, and performs every week at the Holy Fuck Comedy Hour at The Annoyance Theatre. She plays guitar in the band TRASH and also does whatever who cares.

Jason Beaumont is a Chicago-­‐based filmmaker and photographer.  He has been the director of photography and editor on several award-­‐winning short films as  well as comedy pilots, web series, and the feature Trubadeaux: A Restaurant Movie.  He’s also a French horn player  who’s playing has been heard  in short  films, a feature film, and currently in the Northshore Concert Band and North Suburban Wind Ensemble.  Find out more at jasonbeaumontproductions.com  

MANUAL CINEMA created the title sequence and other animation for Deanis. combines handmade shadow puppetry, cinematic motifs, and live sound manipulation to create immersive theatrical stories. Using overhead projectors, multiple screens, paper puppets, actors, live feed cameras, and a live band, Manual Cinema transforms the experience of attending the cinema and imbues it with liveness, ingenuity, and theatricality.
